WHOLEMEAL BREAD FLOUR: This is a finely ground whole wheat high fibre breadmaking flour . This flour has a high protein content, thus you do not need to KNEAD your bread. Mixed with Untreated it will produce a lovely light fluffy loaf of bread.
PASTA DURA BREAD FLOUR: This is a very high protein breadmaking flour. The network of gluten cells are so high that you will produce excellent free formed continental style loaves such as Cobs, Viennas and Rolls. Dust with Fine Semolina for a really authentic Pasta Dura Loaf with a lovely crust.
100% RYE FLOUR: This flour will produce a European style heavy loaf, add Kaipseed for an extra delicious flavour. This flour is very low in gluten.
SPELT FLOUR: Low allergy, high energy flour. If you are intolerant to wheat this could be the answer.
KAMUT FLOUR: For wheat intolerant, fructose malabsorption issues try kamut.
ATTA FLOUR: Ideal for Roti, Puri, Chapatti, Ciabatta or bread & rolls.
