Pre-seasoned Black Bread Tins
A proper bread tin really can make all the difference between a loaf that is dry and crumbly and one that stays soft and moist with a crisp golden crust. The tins hold the heat and allow it to penetrate right through to the central core of the loaf. This means the loaf is cooked right through to the centre in a much shorter time thus ensuring soft, moist bread.
These tins come in a variety of shapes and sizes, Cob Loaf Tins, French Stick Tins, Pipe Loaf Tins, Vienna Pans and of course the traditional tins in three sizes, 700gm, 600gm and 500gm.
These tins are never washed, just lightly oiled before each use and wiped out with a paper towel after use.
