No Knead Wholemeal Flour (Stoneground)

A high quality breadmaking flour, where the whole of the wheat has been used in its manufacture which ensures all the minerals, vitamins, and fibre are still present. This is a finely ground whole wheat high fibre beadmaking flour. This flour has a high protein content, thus you do not need to KNEAD your bread.

Combine our 100% stoneground wholemeal flour with white 'untreated' bread flour to produce a lighter textured wholemeal loaf of bread. If you intend to use a bread machine we recommend that you blend at least 50% white bread flour with 50% wholemeal flour weighed accuratley mixed with approximately 335-360ml of water. You may need to adjust the water content to achieve a well shaped loaf. If your cooked loaf sinks in the middle try cutting back the water by 5-10ml.
